Historic Route 66
Now surpassed by interstate highways, Route 66 once wound its way from Chicago to Santa Monica, passing through eight states.
In 'U.S. 66' Harry and his gang recreate that journey, beginning in Chicago and stopping in St. Louis, Springfield, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Albuquerque, Flagstaff and Needles before reaching the Santa Monica Pier at the edge of the Pacific Ocean.
